On October 31, 2012 the Company acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of White Caps Gold Mining Company, Inc.
The acquisition consisted of the White Caps Mill, historic mine dumps/tailings and 2,800 acres of patented and unpatented mining and millsite claims in the Manhattan Mining District of Nevada.
